Last-mile delivery in Paris

There are three warehouses in the suburbs of Paris that delivery is made from.

Any order can be delivered from any warehouse.

The task is to build the routes and choose which warehouse each order is delivered from.

Number of orders — 300 orders.

Optimization objective: minimizing the transport fleet and route grouping.

Optimization result: grouped (reliable) delivery routes for each warehouse.
